Elitecon International confirms Kumar Anubhav Upadhyay’s departure from Centuple Global Limited

Elitecon International Limited clarified that Kumar Anubhav Upadhyay ceased to hold office as Whole-time Director and Director of Centuple Global Limited as of May 26, 2026, correcting information previously disclosed on July 29, 2026, regarding his cessation as an Additional Director of Elitecon International Limited. The company also stated that Mr. Upadhyay’s appointment as Additional Director expired due to the prescribed period not being placed before shareholders.
