StarlinePS Enterprises appoints Shah & Shah as statutory auditors for five years

StarlinePS Enterprises Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 131527W), as statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 15th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 20th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval; M/s. Kansariwala & Chevli will continue as statutory auditors until the conclusion of the 15th AGM.
