Godrej Agrovet Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 51,423 equity shares to eligible employees under the Godrej Agrovet Limited - Employees Stock Grant Scheme 2018, resulting in a paid-up equity share capital increase to Rs 192,41,13,900, and noted the lapse of 10,329 stock options due to cessation of employment.
