NOCIL Limited tapped Deloitte as statutory auditors for a five-year term, starting in 2027

NOCIL Limited announced the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the company’s 65th Annual General Meeting in July-August 2027 and concluding at the 70th Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2031-32, subject to member approval. The appointment follows a recommendation from the company’s Audit Committee, and Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP will continue as statutory auditors until the conclusion of the 65th AGM.
