McNally Bharat appoints Pradip Kumar Bishnoi as Non-executive Chairman through January 2030

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Pradip Kumar Bishnoi, currently an Independent Director, as the Non-executive Chairman of the company, effective August 24, 2026, and until January 5, 2030, or until earlier determined by the Board. Mr. Bishnoi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Business Management from IIM, Ahmedabad, and has over 45 years of experience in sectors including steel, natural gas, and industrial packaging, previously serving as CMD of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and MD of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Limited.
