Wheels India revises share issue price to Rs 1,461, maintaining Rs 180 crore fundraising

Wheels India Limited announced that its board of directors revised the issue price for a proposed preferential issue of equity shares from Rs 1,418 per share to Rs 1,461 per share, also approving a revised number of shares to be issued to allottees while maintaining a total fundraising amount of Rs 180 crore. The move follows observations from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding the valuation of the equity shares, and the company will issue a corrigendum to the notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for September 17, 2026.
