Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that its register of members and share transfer book will be closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the purpose of holding its 42nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled on September 26, 2026, with Saturday, September 19, 2026, fixed as the cut-off date for determining entitlement to vote electronically, with remote e-voting commencing on September 23, 2026, and ending on September 25, 2026.
