HIRA AUTOMOBILES LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that Daljeet Singh and Gurpreet Kaur resigned as Independent Directors on August 31, 2026, and Vicky Kumar and Bandna Rani were appointed as Independent Directors on the same date, resulting in a revised board composition including Rahulinder Singh Sidhu as Executive Director and Chairperson-MD, Neha Sidhu as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Vicky Kumar and Bandna Rani as Non-Executive Independent Directors, Rajan Kaushal as Chief Financial Officer, and Shivani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
