VIJI Finance Limited’s board recommends DDS & Associates as statutory auditors, effective September 2026

VIJI Finance Limited announced the Board of Directors' recommendation to appoint DDS & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 120362W), as the statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Dharmendra K Agarwal & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 025525C), subject to member approval. The appointment, effective September 2, 2026, will be until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, and follows a recommendation from the Audit Committee.
