CapitalNumbers Infotech allocates Rs 40 crore to acquire Epitome Cloud Inc., alongside internal funds

CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited announced on Monday, August 31, 2026, that its board approved a variation in the objects of its initial public offering, allowing for the deployment of IPO proceeds to wholly-owned subsidiaries Epitome Cloud Inc. and its subsidiaries, in addition to Capital Numbers LLC. The company also approved the reallocation of Rs 1,146.46 crore from issue-related expenses to fund the acquisition of 100% ownership interest in Epitome Cloud Inc. for approximately Rs 40 crore, to be funded alongside internal accruals.
