Raghavendra Rao & Associates as the company’s Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years, also pending member approval, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday, September 3, 2026. The company will hold its 42nd Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, with a record date set for September 22, 2026, for determining member eligibility to vote.
