Marg Techno Projects to consider voluntary delisting from Metropolitan Stock Exchange

Marg Techno Projects Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 3, 2026, to approve the Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, appoint Mr. Harsh Chauhan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, re-appoint Shri Pankaj Jadhav and Smt. Deepa Nair as Independent Directors for a second term, and to consider the voluntary delisting of its equity shares from the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited.
