Viram Suvarn Limited, formerly known as Veeram Securities Limited, announced the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
