CareEdge Ratings has assigned credit ratings to a series of debentures totaling Rs 6,100 crore, according to documents released by the agency. The rated instruments include multiple non-convertible debenture offerings of varying amounts. CareEdge Ratings, a credit rating agency established in 1993 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and the Reserve Bank of India, provides ratings to assist companies in capital raising and investment decisions, accompanied by a standard disclaimer emphasizing ratings are opinions, not guarantees. The rating process included consolidation of several wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Indian Express News Papers (Mumbai) Private Limited, Quadron Business Park Private Limited, and Embassy Pune TechZone Private Limited, among others.
