AXISCADES to acquire 90% stake in Cloud Wave Technologies for roughly Rs 234 crore

AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced it will acquire 90% of the equity share capital of Bengaluru-based Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited, a precision engineering and manufacturing company, for approximately Rs 234 crore, valuing the enterprise at approximately Rs 260 crore. The acquisition, expected to be completed by September 30, 2026, is part of AXISCADES’ strategy to transition toward aerospace manufacturing and offer integrated engineering-plus-manufacturing solutions, with the remaining 10% of Cloud Wave’s equity potentially acquired later. Cloud Wave, incorporated in 2014, reported a turnover of Rs 107.78 crore for fiscal year 2025-2026.
