Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited has fixed September 17, 2026, as the record date for determining members eligible to receive a final dividend of Rs 3.00, or 300% per equity share with a face value of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India.
