Kilburn Engineering’s register to close for dividend payment of Rs 3.00 per share

Kilburn Engineering Limited informed the BSE that the register of members and share transfer book will be closed from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026, with Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for dividend payment of Rs 3.00 per fully paid-up equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which will be paid on or before Wednesday, 28th October, 2026, subject to tax deduction at source.
