GTV Engineering Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM to consider and approve related party transactions for the financial year 2026-2027, the Board of Director’s Report along with the Secretarial Audit Report, the appointment of a Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, the appointment of an Additional Independent Director, the appointment of an Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, a proposal for granting loans, guarantees, and/or security to subsidiary companies and/or other eligible entities, the draft Notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting, and the appointment of a Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.
