Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd consolidated sales up 13.11% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 77.19%

Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd share price surged by 11.70% to Rs 2883.6 after the company's net profit saw a strong growth of 77.19% to Rs 137.75 crore, while revenue from operations gained 13.11% to Rs 804.97 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Iron & Steel Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.17 lakh crore, slipping 0.40%. It has eased by 0.49% over last one week and moved up slightly by 6.30% in last one month while the market capitalization of Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has marginally improved by 9.80% and 19.55% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd stood at Rs 174.95 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 62.62% year-on-year, and surging by 65.97% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 137 crore, expanding by 88.14% YoY and gaining 9.20% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 8.44% to Rs 656.22 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 359.47 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 32.07% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 110.59 crore, inching up 2.65% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 18.97% to Rs 2595.58 crore, while net profit slipped by 6% to Rs 262.96 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 34760% to Rs 314.9 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 5.08% to Rs 353.24 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 276.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 307.64 crore in FY25. Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd soared by 9.55% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
