GACM Technologies to issue equity shares for a stake in WEXL EDU Limited

GACM Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on August 31, 2026, to approve the issuance of equity shares to non-promoters on a preferential basis via a share swap in exchange for an acquisition of a stake in WEXL EDU Limited. The board will also consider the re-appointment of directors, including Jonna Venkata Tirupati Rao as Managing Director and Srinivas Maya as a Whole Time Director, and Chandra Sekhar Dasaka as an Independent Director for a second term.
