Rathi Steel and Power appoints auditors and schedules AGM via video conference

Rathi Steel and Power Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s R. M. Bansal & Co. as Cost Auditor and M/s. DIT & Company as Internal Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, both effective September 1, 2026. The board also approved the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association, scheduled a 55th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, via video conferencing, and approved the company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26.
