Vedanta Limited’s facilities restrictions were released after repayment by promoter group entities

Vedanta Limited disclosed that restrictions previously placed on the company under facilities agreements dated April 17, 2025, June 24, 2025, and January 30, 2026, have been released following the repayment of facilities and associated liabilities, as informed by promoter group entities Vedanta Resources Limited, Twin Star Holdings Ltd., Vedanta Holdings Mauritius II Limited, and Welter Trading Limited on August 24, 2026.
