Natura Hue-Chem re-appointed Mansoor Ahmed as Managing Director for three years

Natura Hue-Chem Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mansoor Ahmed as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective August 24, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting; Mr. Ahmed has been associated with the company for 26 years and is the father of Executive Director Mr. Hifzul Rahim.
