Prataap Snacks Limited acquires RLOP Food Processing for Rs 15.45 crore to expand manufacturing

Prataap Snacks Limited announced it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of RLOP Food Processing Private Limited on August 28, 2026, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 15,44,60,000, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related party transaction, will result in RLOP Food Processing Private Limited becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prataap Snacks Limited and will be utilized for the company's proposed Greenfield manufacturing project on government-allotted land.
