UTI AMC’s committee approved equity share allotment, raising capital by a small amount

UTI Asset Management Company Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 200 equity shares under the ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’ on August 21, 2026, increasing the issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 1,28,53,88,280 to Rs 1,28,53,90,280.
