GACM Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on August 31, 2026, to consider the appointment of Mr. Jonna Venkata Tirupati Rao as a director liable to retire by rotation and as a managing director, the re-appointment of Mr. Srinivas Maya as a whole-time director, and the re-appointment of statutory auditors. The board will also consider and approve the issuance of equity shares to non-promoters on a preferential basis in exchange for acquiring a stake in WEXL EDU Limited, and the reclassification of unutilized authorized share capital of DVR equity shares to ordinary equity shares.
