PDS Limited sells 49% stake in DBS Lifestyle to DBS Lifestyle India for Rs 917.48 crore

PDS Limited announced it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Mr. Bhawnish Suri, Mrs. Ramma Sahni, and DBS Lifestyle India Private Limited on August 20, 2026, to sell its remaining 49% stake in DBS Lifestyle, an associate company, for Rs 9,17,48,425.00, which is approximately USD 9.59 Lakh, with the transaction expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, subject to certain conditions; the divestment aligns with the company’s strategy to rationalize its portfolio of loss-making ventures and improve profitability.
