Ranparia informed BSE Limited of the Board’s Report approval and upcoming Annual General Meeting

Gopal Kumar Girdharbhai Ranparia, Managing Director of the company, informed the BSE Limited that the Board of Directors approved the Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, convened the 41st Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, fixed a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for determining shareholder eligibility, and appointed M/s. Malay Desai & Associates as Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.
