Brigade Enterprises Limited has acquired 100% equity stake in M/s. Celebrations Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary, from its wholly-owned subsidiary, M/s. Brigade Hospitality Services Limited, for Rs 30,00,000. Celebrations Private Limited, incorporated on November 08, 2021, is engaged in real estate development and had a turnover of NIL for the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26, and the acquisition, completed on August 19, 2026, constitutes a related party transaction on an arm’s length basis.
