Sattrix Information Security to approve asset acquisition and employee stock options

Sattrix Information Security Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to approve the utilization of unutilized IPO proceeds for the acquisition of fixed assets, including a new office premises, and to consider and approve an employee stock option plan (ESOP) scheme. The board will also consider the reappointment of Mr. Mayur Durga Sing Rathod and Mrs. Ronak Sachin Gajjar, and approve the Directors’ Report for fiscal year 2025–26, along with related party transactions requiring shareholder approval at the 13th Annual General Meeting.
