Esaar (India) Limited’s Rights Issue Committee approved a rights issue of up to Rs 6000.00 Lakhs, comprising 5,99,64,667 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, offered in the ratio of 44 shares for every 15 shares held as of the record date of August 25, 2026, with a rights issue price of Rs 10 per share. The company currently has 2,04,42,500 outstanding equity shares and anticipates 8,04,07,167 shares post-rights issue, assuming full subscription, and will dispatch a Letter of Offer to eligible shareholders.
