UGRO Capital to seek shareholder approval for amalgamation with Profectus Capital

UGRO Capital Limited announced it will convene separate meetings of its equity shareholders, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors on September 22, 2026, to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation with Profectus Capital Private Limited. The meetings will be held via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, dated August 6, 2026.
