Kirloskar Industries Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a second term of five years, from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
