JOJO Ltd consolidated sales down 64.13% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 81.21%

JOJO Ltd share price gained 4.06% to Rs 161.5. The Company's net profit tumbled by 81.21% to Rs 0.9 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 64.13% to Rs 4.52 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Film Production, Distribution & Exhibition industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 15736.81 crore, easing 8.44%. It has improved by 3.22% over last one week and advanced by 14.54% in last one month while the market capitalization of JOJO Ltd has inched up 4.45% and 26.17% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of JOJO Ltd stood at Rs 1.48 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 436.36% year-on-year, and tanking 71.09% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, plunging by 1105.00% YoY and crashing by 68.98% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 56.80% to Rs 3.05 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.97 crore, jumping 67.24% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 9.48% to Rs 4.39 crore, while net profit tanked by 170.94% to Rs 1.66 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 90% to Rs 2.33 crore, and PBT collapsed by 118.86% to Rs 0.56 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 12.94 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.66 crore in FY25. JOJO Ltd surged by 95.81% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
