VA TECH WABAG allotted shares under its stock option scheme, boosting equity capital

VA TECH WABAG LIMITED announced the allotment of 60,708 equity shares of INR 2/- each to option grantees under the “WABAG Centenary Stock Option Scheme 2023,” increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital to INR 12,49,56,328 consisting of 6,24,78,164 equity shares from INR 12,48,34,912 consisting of 6,24,17,456 equity shares, as disclosed on August 14, 2026.
