Quadrant Televentures Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by order of the National Company Law Tribunal dated September 2, 2025, submitted a Resolution Plan to the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-I, on August 27, 2026, for final approval under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
