Mac Charles (India) Ltd consolidated sales up 0.66% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit soared by 26.53%

Mac Charles (India) Ltd share price remained flat to Rs 680.0 after the company's net profit surged by 26.53% to Rs 19.41 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 0.66% to Rs 32.23 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Hotels & Resorts industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.42 lakh crore, tumbling by 17.92%. It has softened by 2.80% over last one week and moved up slightly by 6.38% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mac Charles (India) Ltd has eased by 1.34% and 3.05% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Mac Charles (India) Ltd stood at Rs 19.41 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 7.26% year-on-year, and surging by 26.70% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 22 crore, rallying 98.38% YoY and easing 1.10% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 5.35% to Rs 12.39 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 3.72 crore, slipping by 0.80% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 1022.08% to Rs 110.3 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 9.93% to Rs 116.28 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 3176% to Rs 65.93 crore, and PBT inched up 9.91% to Rs 116.26 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 64.96 crore in FY26, as against Rs 112.92 crore in FY25. Mac Charles (India) Ltd slipped 4.66% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
