Rama Vision Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
