Berjis Desai retired as director of Praj Industries following appointment to National Commission

Praj Industries Limited announced that Berjis Desai retired as a Non-Executive Director following the conclusion of the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2026, due to his appointment as a Member of the National Commission for Minorities; shareholders also re-appointed Rujuta Jagtap as an Independent Director for a further period of three years, effective August 21, 2026, until August 20, 2029.
