Valencia Nutrition Limited informed the BSE on August 13, 2026, that its board approved the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) allowing the use of its registered word trademark "Valencia" for proposed entities currently in the incorporation pipeline, with the Promoters/Promoter Group potentially holding shares or directorships in those entities and the transaction classified as a Related Party Transaction.
