Lokesh Machines Limited reported a strong Q1 FY27, with revenue reaching Rs 55.46 crore, a 15.4% year-over-year increase, and net profit more than doubling to Rs 1.01 crore. The company, a leading Indian machine tool manufacturer with a market capitalization of Rs 766 crore as of August 10, 2026, benefited from a robust order book of Rs 271.00 crore, exceeding last year’s revenue by Rs 61.38 crore. Recent equity infusions totaling Rs 31.04 crore have strengthened the company’s capital employed, while the removal of prior OFAC sanctions has opened new export markets and spurred a Rs 58.21 crore defense order from the Ministry of Defence. Management expressed confidence in sustaining this momentum throughout FY27, emphasizing resilience and a focus on expanding production capacity and defense division revenue.
