Sandeep Gupta to acquire 8.16% stake in Asian Hotels (West) from his mother

Asian Hotels (West) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange that Mr. Sandeep Gupta plans to acquire 9,51,141 equity shares, representing approximately 8.16% of the company's total share capital, from Mrs. Vinita Gupta through a gift. The transfer, scheduled for September 3, 2026, is between mother and son, both of whom are members of the promoter group, and is exempt under SEBI regulations. Following the acquisition, Mr. Gupta’s shareholding will increase to 16.32%, while Mrs. Gupta’s will decrease to 1.72%.
