Brigade Enterprises Limited’s share capital increased following stock option plan allotments

Brigade Enterprises Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 33,720 equity shares under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017, and 63,183 equity shares under the new Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022, along with the issue of 82,628 stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022, resulting in a paid-up share capital increase from Rs 3,26,16,23,800 to Rs 3,26,25,92,830.
