HDFC Asset Management Company Limited allotted shares under employee stock option schemes

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 21,962 equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2020 and 1,790 equity shares under the Employees Stock Options and Performance-linked Stock Units Scheme – 2025, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on August 20, 2026; the allotment increases the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs 2,14,40,52,670, consisting of 42,88,10,534 equity shares.
