KD Green Industries approves Rs 15 crore investment in subsidiary K D Infrastructures

KD Green Industries Limited, formerly known as Manbro Industries Limited, announced that its board approved an investment of up to Rs 15,00,00,000 in K D Infrastructures Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company, to fund business expansion, capital expenditure, and other corporate purposes. KD Green Industries Limited currently holds 99.84% of the paid-up share capital of K D Infrastructures Private Limited, which was incorporated on August 5, 2024, and is involved in the manufacturing of galvanized and metallic products. The investment is expected to be completed during fiscal year 2026-27.
