Aviva Industries plans to move its registered office to Gujarat, pending approvals

Aviva Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, to consider and approve the date, time, venue, and agenda of the company’s Annual General Meeting, as well as to approve the notice convening the AGM. The board will also consider a proposal to shift the company's registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Gujarat, subject to member approval and other required approvals.
