Diffusion Engineers Ltd share price nosedived by 9.84% to Rs 396.75 after the company's net profit inched up 4.45% to Rs 16.68 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 22.22% to Rs 110.11 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 20.54% to Rs 335.28 crore, while net profit rose by 17.01% to Rs 36.04 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 3118% to Rs 37.91 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 14.17% to Rs 46.9 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 8.62 crore in FY26, as against Rs 39.1 crore in FY25. Diffusion Engineers Ltd surged by 20.98% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.
