Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd consolidated sales down 0.70% on year in Q2FY2026

Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd share price declined by 0.75% to Rs 2.65 after the company's net profit tanked by 38.38% to Rs 52.96 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 0.70% to Rs 200.26 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.39 lakh crore, tumbling by 15.55%. It has eased by 0.59% over last one week and eased lower by 0.35% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd has marginally improved by 1.53% and 3.98% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd stood at Rs 65.81 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 84.81% year-on-year, and rising 3.47% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 137 crore, expanding by 34.07% YoY and surging by 23.79% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 42.83% to Rs 89.34 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 7.13 crore, soaring 13.54% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 9.62% to Rs 703.96 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 93.58% to Rs 34.26 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 24940% to Rs 377.74 crore, and PBT collapsed by 98.17% to Rs 10.22 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 606.03 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1265.43 crore in FY25. Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd tumbled by 27.60% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.04% during the same period.
