Balgopal Commercial Ltd. informed the BSE that there was no deviation or variation in the use of Rs 10,52,10,000 raised through a preferential issue of shares and warrants during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing on August 11, 2026. The funds were received on June 4, 2026, and the corresponding equity shares were allotted on June 6, 2026, and are being utilized to acquire investments in a similar line of business activity, meeting long-term funding requirements, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
