Christopher Flood Nagle steps down as CEO of Crizac Ltd (UK), joining Crizac Limited's board

Crizac Limited announced that Christopher Flood Nagle has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of its material subsidiary, Crizac Ltd (UK), effective August 2, 2026, while remaining a director of the company. Nagle will transition to Crizac Limited, the holding company, to serve as Additional Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, effective August 3, 2026, and August 4, 2026, respectively, citing increasing commitments to his family business as the reason for stepping down from the executive position.
